Young Thai girl rode her scooter when she was hit by a trailer of a speeding truck. The truck driver fled the scene without stopping and neither the victim, nor anyone else took a note of his license plate number.
The girl suffered severe trauma to both her legs. Her right lower and upper leg appears broken, and a large section of her thigh is partially degloved. Her left thigh appears OK, but left ankle is stripped of all skin and flesh, baring the bones. Left foot is probably dislocated as the whole lower leg appears disproportionally longer.
